私隱政策與個人資料收集條款

野生救援香港有限公司（「本公司」或「我們」）在收集、保存、使用及傳送個人資料時，尊重法律賦予閣下的私隱權利；而本「私隱政策及收集個人資料聲明」 (「本聲明」) 旨在說明我們處理個人私隱的方法。我們的政策是要遵守中華人民共和國香港特別行政區(「香港」) 法例第486章《個人資料 (私隱) 條例》 (「條例」) 。以下將詳細說明我們處理閣下之個人資料的政策及方法，請仔細參閱及理解。本聲明適用於我們所有網站(「本網站」) 。我們有權按需要隨時修訂或另行更改本聲明。

(xv) 任何閣下同意及/或被通知之其他用途。
倘若閣下為13歲以下，向我們提供任何個人資料前，必須先徵求閣下之家長或監護人之同意。
當閣下使用本網站時，"曲奇" (cookies / 小型文字檔案)將會儲存於閣下的電腦內。"曲奇"只用作區間瀏覽/程式編寫的用途。我們不會在此情況下向閣下收集任何個人資料。閣下有權選擇不接納"曲奇"，但某些功能可能因此而無法使用。

10. 資料的保留
除按適用的法例或合約的責任而須保留的個人資料外，我們只會在需要履行收集資料的目的之期間內保留閣下之個人資料。無需保留的個人資料將會被銷毀。

It is our policy to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the "Ordinance”) of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). When you use the Website, cookies will be stored in your computer. The purpose of using cookies is for internal navigation/ programming only. We will not collect any personal data from you under this circumstance. You have a choice not to accept the cookies, but if you do, certain functionality may not be available.

This Statement only applies to the Website. If you click on any advertisement or hyperlink linking to other website(s), you will leave this Website for another location. At any other website, the protection of your privacy, personal data and your exposure to cookies are not our responsibility and you are advised to refer to the privacy policy of that other location (if any).
5. Web Logs
When a user visits the home page of the Website, the visit will be counted and included in the total number of visits to the Website for statistical purpose. This information does not identify you as an individual. No personal data will be collected.

In response, we may ask you to provide certain details about yourself so that we can be sure you are the person to whom the data refers. We are required to respond to your requests within 40 days and we will endeavor to do so wherever possible, but we may charge you a reasonable fee for doing so.

10. Retention of Data
We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected unless the personal data is also retained to satisfy any applicable statutory or contractual obligations. Personal data which no longer required will be destroyed.
